CLEANING SERVICES

WHAT WE DO....

The guidelines listed are designed to achieve our goal of ensuring a very clean work environment for your business and employees. We achieve the highest level of service, we accommodate additional cleaning requirements that are not specifically addressed in our guidelines

Services Guidelines

CARPETS: All open area edges , corners and hallways will be vacuumed weekly including keyhole of desks, behind doors, under and behind movable furniture. Spot will be removed as needed. (Please see specialized services for additional carpet cleaning services.

DESKS: Desk tops will be dusted with a treated dust cloth each service and polished or damped wipe weekly. Papers left on desks will not be disturbed. Desk accessories including calculators, letter trays, etc will be dusted weekly.

DUSTING: Desks, file cabinets, copy machines, faxes, bookshelves, tables, and other furniture will be dusted with a treated dust cloth at each service.

FINGER MARKS: Marks and smudges will be removed from desks, partitions, doors, light switches and woodwork weekly.

GLASS PARTITIONS: Will be spot cleaned as needed and completely cleaned quarterly.

MATS AND RUNNERS: Will be cleaned at each service and vacuumed or mopped weekly.

MINI BLINDS: Will be dusted as monthly. (see specialized services for additional services.)

TELEPHONES: Will be dusted at each cleaning and sanitized weekly.

FIXTURES: Toilet bowls, seats, urinals, sinks and showers will be cleaned and sanitized at each service. Metals will be cleaned at each service and polished at each service.

FLOORS: Will be cleaned at each service. Tile floors will be buffed as needed.

GLASSES AND MIRRORS: Will be cleaned at each service.

TRASH CANS: Will be emptied at each service and trash will be taken to designated areas. Trash cans will be cleaned as needed. Plastic liners will be installed at each service form customer inventory.

WALLS: Splashes, dirt marks will be cleaned from walls around sinks and dispensers at each service.

BREAK ROOMS: Cabinet exteriors and door handles will be spot cleaned at each service and thoroughly cleaned weekly. Floors will be cleaned at each service. Tile floors will be buffed as needed. Kitchen counters, chairs, and tables will be cleaned at each service. Microwave ovens will be cleaned inside and out at each service. Trash cans will be emptied at each service and trash will be taken to designated areas. Trash cans will be cleaned as needed. Plastic liners will be installed at each service from customer inventory. Vending machines will be cleaned at each service.

MEDICAL AND DENTAL OFFICES: Examination rooms, treatment rooms, and lab areas will be cleaned in accordance to industry standards to achieve the highest level of cleanliness. Tile floors will be thoroughly swept and spot mopped at each service. Floors will be mopped as needed and spray buffed/waxed monthly or as agreed. Trash cans will be emptied at each service and trash will be taken to designated areas. Plastic liners will be installed as needed. Trash cans will be cleaned as needed, washing is expected. Upholstered furniture will be vacuumed monthly. Vinyl furniture will be damped cleaned weekly. WALLS: Marks and smudges will be removed from walls as long as their removal does not damage the general appearance of the walls. Water fountains will be cleaned, sanitized, and polished at each service. Window sills will be dusted weekly.

RECEPTION AND ENTRANCE AREAS: Glass on entrance doors and reception partitions will be leaned at each service. Floors will be mopped or vacuumed at each service. Tile floors will be buffed when needed. Desks, counter top and vinyl furniture all reception furniture will be dusted or wiped at each service. Vinyl furniture will be wiped as needed.

RESTROOMS: Cob webs will be removed as needed. Dispensers will be cleaned and polished at each service. Supplies will be replenished as needed from customer inventory.

ITCLEANPRO maintains strict policies to insure that your building and its contents are secured. We adhere to your security procedures at all times.

EQUIPMENT AN MATERIALS

Equipment and cleaning materials will provided by ITCLEANPRO.

SUPPLIES

All supplies will be replenished by ITCLEANPRO and are environment friendly, however it is the customer’s responsibility to purchase and/or provide all needed supplies, unless excluded in the agreement.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ongoing site inspections will be conducted. Emergency contact is available 24/7. Cleaning services will not be performed on traditional holidays, unless stipulated in the agreement.
